Modeled after mutual funds, REITs provide investors of all types regular income streams,

diversification and long-term capital appreciation.



This is one of the better ways to invest in real estate

without too much risk invloved...

Now this leads me to Real Estate crowd funding

Making passive income with crowd funding is in my opinion

the best way to make money with no fuss.
