You ever heard the saying you’ll never lose a women chasing money. Well I think that is actually incorrect.
You can definitely lose a women chasing money.
Women want to feel like they are priority but want you to have disposable income at the same time.
Your probably saying to yourself that this doesn’t make sense but hear me out.
Most women want your attention even if she acts like she doesn’t. She does
But you can’t over do it.
What I mean is even if you just have time for a half hour lunch date in the mist of your grind season then that’s what you do.
When you have time to face time her do it.
If your going to be on her side of town stop by her crib and just kick it for a hour.
Being available but not always available is a extreme turn on for most women.
Especially if your grind is producing more money.
Another thing about women and your money.
Don’t ever lead with money or expensive dates when you guys start dating.
Because the level you start at is going to be what she expects you to be at for the duration of your relationship.
Chris Rock said it best
A man
Can’t go backwards when it comes to sex
And a women can’t go backwards when it comes to finances.
Once you introduce a women to a certain financial status they can’t go backwards
This is just facts
Another thing about Women and Your Money. Never tell her exactly how much you make. Not because your trying to be deceitful but because women in general will start counting how much you have and what you do or don’t spend.
Unless your planning on marrying her at some point then that’s different.
Bottom line when it comes to Women you have to protect yourself and financial stability until she is a proven asset in your life.

I know the title sounds crazy but hear me out.
First let’s figure out how much is Six figures.
Six figures is any number $100,000 or more.
So the next question is how do we get to this number.
Well to make $100,000 or more per year you would have to make $50 per hour
if you worked 8 hrs per day with no vacations.
Now that’s no way to live at all.
We are trying to live life to the fullest
not punch a clock for the rest of our lives
And the sad this that most people won't even make it to 6 figures
working at a job
I know I wasn't and the fact that
Most people that work a minimum wage job are paying the IRS too much money on there weekly taxes.
Every week or bi weekly you get a check.
On that check there is a predetermined amount of taxes that you pay.
Now the thing is the average person is paying way too much to the irs every week.
I recommend that you should be trying to break even with the IRS on your weekly or bi weekly taxes
that’s so you can actually make more on your weekly or bi weekly check.
Now with that being said once you start seeing that surplus on your check
you don’t want to just go and start spending on things that you don’t need.
You know what I mean.
You take that extra income and start building yourself a business online.

I actually met my wife online and we’ve been together for over 10 years now and haphazardly it worked out.
But now a days we have apps like The League, Luxy and others are changing the dating game and widening America’s Wealth Gap
These apps will help you choose a partner or a person that has the same views, same life ambitions and further more the same type of education. This is the key part.
So let’s get into some statistics. The average person that graduates from college will be hired at a much higher income then someone who hasn’t graduated from college.
So this is where the wealth gap in America happens.
Two people that get together and create a household together. They have a higher amount of income then say a family that both partners went to high school only.
Before you would meet someone at a bbq or through a friend and you would just go off of chemistry. Not based off of did you go to a Ivy League school or do you make a certain amount of income.
This type of match making is almost like when royal family’s would only marry folks in another royal family.
Not saying it’s like an arrangement but the way the league and Luxy are set up it’s the new day and age arrangement.
The elites are only marrying each other and the non elites well you get the point.

Now to me Freedom and Money goes hand in hand
think about it. When you have money
you have freedom of choice
of what you eat, where you sleep, what you drive
where you go and how you move on a daily basis.
When you don't have freedom this means you don't have
enough money.
You can have freedom and have a job too.
Think about it.
If your not paid well then you will try to
work more hours. But the more you paid you
can actually decide not to work those extra hours
or get that extra gig and have more time to yourself
and your business.
So yes online marketing gives you freedom.
3. Creativity.
When your a online marketer
or marketing anything online you have the room
to be creative.
Me personally I love being creative
and online marketing gives me a chance
to scratch my creative ich
Some marketers outsource designing things
and all that but I like to create my ads
and website designs.
4. People
Generally I'm not a people person
but with online marketing
it forces me to meet people and have conversations
that I most likely wouldn't have otherwise
5. Growth
Online marketing has forced me to grow
as a business man, husband and father
To make more money in this industry
you have to become a better person
honestly in any industry to make more
you have to grow.
Its awakened my thought process and
has made me think and look outside of the box

I don't think I would be the person
I am today and I really like who
I've become because of it.

1. Your Topics
With videos you can do alot of things
just like cable channels
but thing is you wouldn't turn
to ESPN to watch a horror flick..would you?
That goes the same for Youtube channels
you have to be consistent with your content
Don't start off as a vlogging channel
then turn it into a sports channel
then back to a cooking channel
Stick to content that your viewers know you for
2. Create Piggy Back Videos
When build a youtube channel from scratch
its going to be hard to get the traffic or views
you need. So you must do what we call piggy back videos
if you see a topic thats in your niche
that another video creator is getting tons of organic views
for then you should create a video for that same topic
but with your spin on it.
Your video will end up in the search bar if your video
is optimized right.
3. Consistently upload
You must upload atleast once a week
if you want your channel to gain any type of traction
from the Youtube algorithm
Ths is absolutely imperative
to your success when it comes to building
a solid youtube channel from scratch.
4. Be a part of your community
Comment and comment and comment some more
If you start to comment on youtube channels
that are in your niche topic
then Youtube has no choice but to put your videos
in the related videos section of the channel for that video.
There is no strategy for a set amount of comments you need
or anything like that. I just say take
30 - 60 mins a day and comment on popular youtubers videos
that are in your niche and you will be suprised how fast
your channel will start to grow without you have to make
to much content.
But I warn you do not be spammer or anything like that
people and youtube don't like spammers...trust me.

1. Ethereum
•Price: $973.84
•Market capitalization: $95 billion
Of all the non-Bitcoin cryptocurrencies out there,
ether (as the currency is called) or Ethereum (the name for the network)
is the one most likely to ring a bell.
Companies are particularly enamored with this system
because of its so-called smart contract features.
Ripple
•Price: $1.21
•Market capitalization: $47 billion
While much of the cryptocurrency space was created in defiance of the traditional banking space,
Ripple’s intent has always been to aid the sector, primarily by facilitating global payments.
The company said in a tweet that three of the top five global money transfer companies
are expected to use XRP—Ripple’s cryptocurrency—in payments this year, with more to come.
Bitcoin Cash

•Market capitalization: $26.9 billion

Like Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin was also created as a fork from Bitcoin.
Its main claim to fame is its quicker settlement goal:
Litecoin aims to settle transactions in two-and-a-half minutes, compared to 10 minutes for Bitcoin.
Litecoin can also be purchased and sold on mainstream exchanges like Coinbase.
With the exception of Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum, buying alt coins usually starts with buying Bitcoin
or Ethereum on an exchange like Coinbase and then going to another exchange.
NEM

•Market capitalization: $8.4 billion
NEM is another blockchain project that is looking to help companies

Its trying to differentiate itself by making its blockchain highly customizable.

NEM was created to be your entry point into the blockchain industry.
If you’re an experienced developer, NEM has the power you need to create cutting edge blockchain apps.”
Stellar
•Price: $0.45
•Market capitalization: $8,1 billion
Stellar is eyeing the way people, banks and payment networks move money.
Its co-founder Jed McCaleb, a veteran in a young industry.
He built and sold Mt. Gox, the first bitcoin exchange
and then went on to co-found Ripple. Stellar’s currency is called lumens.
NEO
•Price: $118.62
•Market capitalization: $7.7 billion
NEO is all about creating the framework for
the “smart economy”—one where digital assets are easily moved,
where digital identity is safe and where smart contracts make everything work smoothly.
IOTA
•Price: $2.39
•Market capitalization: $6.6 billion
IOTA, which stands for Internet of Things Application,
is betting on the future of connected devices, as its name implies.
The idea is that as the number of devices connected to the Internet grows—
everything from iPhones to smart cars—so will the number of micropayments.
That payments ecosystem will need a system to enable that quickly.
IOTA also claims it can deliver this without fees.
Dash
•Price: $749.80
•Market capitalization: $5.9 billion
Of all the altcoins on this list, Dash is one the few that is intended to be used by people to buy goods and services.
In this sense, it is a lot like bitcoin,
although the founders are trying to learn from the mistakes made in building Bitcoin.
Dash is supposed to be faster and cheaper than bitcoin.
Monero
•Price: $312.77
•Market capitalization: $4.9 billion
One of bitcoin’s most notable features is its perceived anonymity.
While it provides pretty good privacy for its users, Monero aims to be totally cloaked.
That feature has made it particularly popular with the dark web.
TRON
•Price: $0.06
•Market capitalization: $4.4 billion
TRON is looking to take on Internet giants like Facebook and YouTube for creative types.
It is looking to “decentralize” the web so that musicians, artists
and others can share their creations with the world
without having to rely on a “centralized services.”
Its alot of altcoins out there so
try not to get overwhelmed

pest control company before you venture off and start your own
You can be trained for this and that.
You can have all the training and certs
but if you don't have atleast a year of experience
then don't start your own pest control business
So how do you start your own Pest Control Business
once you have the experience?
Well I'm glad asked...
First you will need
•A reliable vehicle that will allow you to safely transport equipment and supplies
•Insurance
•A website, vehicle signage, business cards,
and print and online advertising materials to promote your business
•Strong networking skills to develop relationships
with suppliers and with business and residential clients
•Certification
A Pest control business can be started from your garage
or if you don't have a house you can rent a storage unit
and put all of your supplies there for the time being
until your pest control company becomes bigger.
Also make sure to get yourself a 1800 or 1888 number
it just looks more prefessional
it gives you the look and feel of a real company.
Keep in mind its alot of big companies out there
you want customers to look at your company like theres.
Even though your small you want to be looked at as big.
Make sure you get your business license and llc within
the state your starting your pest control business in.
Some people think to get llc's in other states for
cheaper taxes but to be honest this muddy's the water
and makes things more complicated in the long run.
